Daily Session Notes

SimpleIsUs make the most tedious task for the early intervention provider simple. But the results of your Daily Session Notes will be professional.

Daily Contact Note created by SimpleIsUs
SimpleIsUs stores the child’s data that the provider initially enters; minimal input is required to create a daily session note. Yet when completed, it will reflect the child’s name and authorization information, date service was provided, actual time service was delivered, total time in units, outcomes working on, progress toward outcome and treatment provided. It guides the provider through a simple point and click selection to ensure the daily session note is accurate and complete. A modality, skills and description tool is available to assist the provider in documenting treatment. The software program captures the number of billable units for each visit, stores this information per child, per each unique authorization, and awaits your decision to create a billing request. A daily session note must be made for each visit in order for the program to capture and generate billing.

Monthly Progress Reports

It may be the end of the month but your work is not done. Got to get all your paperwork together and figure out what progress was made, on what outcomes, for what child. Look how electronic clinical documentation with SimpleIsUs will manage this task for you.

Monthly Progress Report created by SimpleIsUs
To assist in compiling your notes, you will be presented with a summary of all the Modalities, Skills and Descriptions that you have used during the month and the total number of visits for the month. The program will present the outcomes for each child and options to select and rate the progress toward the outcome(s). You will only need to enter a brief description toward the outcome. With basically a point and click selection, the monthly progress report is completed and ready to print.

Paper CMS-1500:

The program can print claims to the CMS-1500 forms for providers or agencies that chose not to submit electronically. When ready to do billing, the provider or agency submitting the billing will simply select the option for printing claims to the CMS-1500 form. Required data will be recalled and printed to the CMS-1500 form located at your designated printer.

All that is left to do is sign and mail the forms.

The Agency Management Tool and The Billing Manager

Submitting billing from the Agency Management Tool and the Billing Manager turns your early intervention billing tasks into a simple point and click.

The SimpleIsUs software is the work-horse that creates a bill file as your providers complete their documentation of each session visit. When the provider batches and forwards their claims to the Agency, the billing is created electronically. Using the Agency Management tool, the Agency captures the batches from each provider. All that is left to do is to make a decision to submit electronically or print to paper using the Billing Manager.

Electronic billing will turn up your cash flow and drastically reduce the amount of time spent on paper work.  With SimpleIsUs in the hands of your providers and the Agency Management Tool in the hands of your office staff, your early intervention agency practice and services from every employee will be more productive.

Electronic Billing and Electronic Submission

When it is time to do your billing, SimpleIsUs is ready to do it for you. You just make the decision for the dates to bill and whether to submit your billing on paper or submit electronically. For Agency, the Agency Management Tool is utilized at the Agency Level to collect and batch claims.

The program creates a bill file automatically behind the scene for each visit as the provider creates a daily session note. Documentation must be completed for each visit before billing can be rendered. When the provider is ready to submit billing, dates of visit for which the provider wishes to bill are selected, the option for electronic billing is selected, a batch of claims is created and becomes available to uploaded to the clearing house, (FreeClaims), for processing.

If the provider reports to an Agency, the provider will batch and send their claims to the Agency to submit for payment.
