The O.T. should be able to apply these skills to children with developmental delays caused by neurological, physical, cognitive deficits, or hearing and vision impairments. Candidates should be willing to gain additional training via continuing education in pediatric treatment techniques and networking with experienced providers in the rehabilitation field. Employment based on proper certification / licensure in relate areas.
