Practice Management Reports

Practice Management Reports provide you with important information about your client base and your productivity. You can create several reports from SimpleIsUs software to help manage your Early Intervention Practice. These reports are run directly from the program, based on your needs, and will provide you with up-to-date data.

Become a Member and these reports are available to you:

Clients Reports

• All Active Clients
• All Active Medicaid Clients
• All Active Part C Clients
• Aged Out Clients
• Authorization Report

Productivity Reports

• Productivity by Month, Quarter or Year.
  • This report provides the total session visits and the total amount billed for the time period requested.
• Timely Delivery of Service.
  • This report lists each client with their respective IFSP Date, First Service Date, and the Number of Days between the IFSP and the first service date. It provides a list of clients in which the IFSP and the First Service Date was 45 days or more and a list of clients in which the time was less than 45 days.
• Missed Visits.
  • This report provides a list of missed visits by client, date of missed visits and the reason the visits were missed.
