Manage your providers’ claims and billing

The Agency Management Tool and the Billing Manager are essential for Agencies. They manage the collection and submission of billing for all therapy providers (OT, PT and SLP) and special instructors. They compliment SimpleIsUs and works hand and hand with the program. Utilizing SimpleIsUs, the providers batch their claims and forward them electronically to the Agency. As the Agency receives the batches from the providers, the Agency uses the Agency Management Tool to collect the individual claims and then utilizes the Billing Manager to compile the claims into a single batch.

Submitting Billing

When the Agency is ready to submit billing, they simply bill from the Billing Manager. The Agency can print to CMS-1500s or submit billing electronically.

Justification Form Software

If you are responsible for preparing the Justification for additional service hours, this is a “must have” piece of software.

Once the service page of the IFSP is written, if the total number of service hours exceeds 24 hours in a 6-month period, then the team must complete a justification for the additional service hours. The justification must accompany the IFSP to the SPOE. The IFSP will be considered incomplete if the justification is not attached.

The Justification is divided into 3 (three) parts. Each part addresses each question that must be answered. It builds the justification as you go through the program while personalizing it to the child. Once you have addressed all questions, you simply request the program compile your answers by selecting “Build Justification”. The Justification with customized answers will be converted to a “Word Document” that can be printed and submitted with the child’s IFSP.
