About Membership

By becoming a member, (Independent or Agency) you are subscribing to SimpleIsUs. Agency practices are also subscribing to the Agency Management Tool. As a member, you will be paying for a license agreement to use the software on a recurring monthly basis. For this fee, you will receive:

  • Permission to download the software
  • License Agreement
  • All functionalities of the program
  • Free upgrades and enhancements
  • Free technical support

Cancel at any time

If you decide you don’t need SimpleIsUs anymore, just cancel. However, monthly subscription payments will ensure you can continue to enjoy the benefits of using SimpleIsUs and/or the Agency Management Tool.

Start Using SimpleIsUs NOW

Select Become a Member. Then continue the enrollment by selecting your product, completing the Registration form, and then completing your payment through PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email.

From the Member Page you will have access to:

  • Directions to guide the members through the download.
  • Quick–Start Job Aid for using SimpleIsUs and/or the Agency Management Tool.
  • Easy instructions for submitting claims electronically

Important information for Agencies

  • If you are an Agency registering your provider(s), complete the Registration with the provider's information (not the Agency's). Each provider will receive a confirmation email.
  • You must register each of your providers (existing and new) to "Become a Member" through separate transactions.
  • If you are an Agency registering for a subscription to the Agency Management Tool, then complete the Registration form with the Agency's information. From the Agency Management Tool, you can view all providers that have successfully downloaded their software.
  • Click here to get a word document titled “Provider information concerning SimpleIsUs Software” which an Agency can use to communicate their subscription to SimpleIsUs.

Electronic Billing

Before independent providers or agencies can submit claims electronically, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) forms must be completed and submitted to payer(s) of claims. The EDI forms must be processed and approved by the payer(s) before they will allow a provider/agency to submit claims electronically to them. Once the provider/agency receives authorization from the payer to submit electronically and testing with the clearinghouse has been completed, you are ready to SUBMIT Your Billing Electronically.  For more information about electronic billing, go to our Electronic Billing with SimpleIsUs page and review the advantages.
